When and how to sow parsley?

To grow parsley you can proceed by sowing or starting from a seedling purchased in the nursery. Since the germination rate of parsley seeds is quite low, it is best to soak the seeds in water for a couple of hours to increase the chances of success. The collected branches can be stored for a few days in water or dried and placed in an airtight jar.
