Dishwasher

After checking the condition of the gaskets and cleaning the filter, you can proceed with cleaning through a quick vacuum wash with the addition of vinegar. To degrease the hob you can use salt and lemon: just sprinkle some salt on a lemon cut in half and rub it on the surface to be cleaned. Then dry with a clean cloth (keep in mind that it is preferable not to use lemon or other acidic substances on marble and enamelled surfaces).

To eliminate the crumbs that inevitably accumulate on the bottom, remove the crumb tray and turn it over into the container of the trash, then passing a damp cloth over its surface. Then take out the two pliers and clean them by wiping them with an old one toothbrush wet, insisting as much as possible on any encrustations. To degrease and clean the external surface, however, you can use a damp cloth in a mix of hot water and vinegar.

Washing Machine

As for the dishwasher, you need to check the condition of the gaskets and periodically clean the filter. If you notice that some parts are damaged, contact a technician. For cleaning, however, it is sufficient to proceed with a washing with vinegar with the basket empty, to one temperature of 50-60 degrees.

Since vinegar - preferably of apples - it's also great softener (and that does not leave bad odors on clothes), you could add it to each wash, in order to improve the quality of your laundry and sanitize the washing machine at the same time.

Mixer

To clean the blender, take it apart and wash it with warm water, removing any encrustations with a toothbrush and then drying with a cloth.

To thoroughly clean the inside of the carafe, you can pour one mixture of water and vinegar and run the appliance for about twenty seconds, before rinsing and drying thoroughly with a cotton cloth.

Microwave

Heat a basin full of water in the oven for a few minutes, so that the steam that is generated softens the encrustations, making the cleaning operation simpler and more immediate. Then pass on the inside surfaces one sponge moistened with water and vinegar and dry with a cloth.



Refrigerator

After having disassembled the shelves, which you will clean separately, remove any accumulations of ice and with a rubber spatula, so as not to scratch the internal surfaces of the fridge. Then proceed with cleaning using a mixture of hot water and vinegar or hot water and baking soda. Leave it on for a few minutes before rinsing with water and drying with a cloth.

To prevent them from occurring bad smells, put one in your fridge open tray containing a mixture of water and bicarbonate.

Oven

Heat the oven until it reaches a lukewarm temperature (attention: the appliance must emanate warmth, do not burn, otherwise it will be impossible - as well as dangerous - to proceed with cleaning!), Then wipe the internal walls with a sponge soaked in water and vinegar or water and baking soda. Leave on for a few minutes, then rinse with warm water, before drying with a clean cloth.
