The solar dryer structure was built with reclaimed wood from an old staircase. The measurements shown in the image are in inches, but you can easily convert them to centimeters with an online converter.
A dark-colored painted metal shelf has been placed on the bottom of the dryer so that it can better retain heat. The advice for inserting food in the dryer is to use grids, for example common oven grids, perhaps to be covered with perforated fabric (such as mosquito net). A transparent plate was used for the door of the solar oven.
