Don't store avocado like this: it's dangerous

By now it has been said in every way, in all languages, using images and entire information campaigns: smoking is bad! But if you still haven't convinced yourself to quit smoking, maybe you will after watching this video.

Smoking causes a variety of medium and long-term health problems. The list is long: it damages the skin, stains the teeth, causes bad breath and can lead to very serious consequences such as lung disease, heart disease and cancer.

The nicotine contained in cigarettes is just as addicting as drugs, is quickly absorbed into the bloodstream and creates a pleasant sensation. On the contrary, when you stop smoking you are often prey to negative feelings such as nervousness and anger, you can get fat or start suffering from insomnia. It is undoubtedly worthwhile to face these small inconveniences and subsequently enjoy the great advantages that come with getting rid of this vice.

But what exactly happens to our body after smoking a pack of cigarettes? A video made by Chris Notap shows it very clearly in which the man carries out a home test to highlight the consequences of smoking on the throat and lungs.

The experiment is simple: a series of cotton balls are placed in a closed glass ampoule and connected to a suction pump that allows a cigarette inserted into a hole to be "smoked". After 20 cigarettes are drawn in this way, Chris points out what happened: the cotton wool has taken on a brownish color, the pump tube (representing the throat) is clogged with sticky brown tar, and obvious remains of this substance can also be found in the glass ampoule.

Clearer than that! As Chris writes in the video description of him:

"It is never too late to quit and once you see what a pack a day does to your lungs this will be the fuel you need to ignite willpower and get out of it."

All that remains is to follow his wise advice!
