For the time being, the dog will stay at the Hawkins County Humane Society, where he will be pampered and will finally be able to get his life back. Meanwhile, the shelter managers are determined to shed some light on Toby's past and his owner who abandoned him, leading him to fall into this pitiful state.
The smell that came from this dog is certainly of a house with many other animals and we want to find the others - they explain from the center - If anyone has information, please come forward. We will be worried until everyone is safe.
This is pure neglect .this baby was standing in the middle of the road in Surgoinsville .An Angel stopped and picked him…
