The anthocyanosides contained in them, in fact, act as angioprotettori: they decrease the permeability of capillaries and increase their resistance. Called in scientific terms "ampelotherapy“, The grape cure is a real diet aimed at purify the organism from excess waste and to counteract cellulite and water retention. It involves eating only (or almost) grapes for a maximum of 2 or 3 days and no more than twice a month. But be careful! Always follow your doctor's advice! In any case, ampelotherapy is not suitable for diabetics, those suffering from ulcers, those who have kidney problems, people with irritable bowels and women during their menstrual cycle.
