At the basis of the initiative we find a very simple idea: give hope to those who have lost it and offer a house - indeed, a small house - to those who do not have one. A group of inmates undertakes to create and color the wooden houses so that the prison experience can represent a starting point for start a different life.

The houses have been designed and studied specifically to be suitable for the most common species present in the area, such as blackbirds, tits and bats. In this way they will be able to help host the birds, transforming themselves into artificial nests, in places where suitable spaces, such as hollows in trees, do not exist or are no longer found.

Given their pleasant appearance and bright colors, these little houses for birds, in addition to being useful, are real furnishing items for the garden and terrace. The yellow house is dedicated to titmouse, while the lilac one was designed for the merli.

Each cottage respects a sustainable design and is hand painted with water-based paints. The red houses are real bat-box, ready to host the bats that will help you keep mosquitoes away in a natural way.
