On November 23 we will admire the full moon of the Beaver, a special event since it will be the last full moon of autumn, before the arrival of winter.

This moon usually comes in a period that was starting to be particularly cold (hence the definition of Frosty Moon given by the Native Americans), especially in some areas of the hinterland, where the most famous names of the full moons were born.

Also known as the Moon full of frost or mourning, that of November is spiritually associated with personal change, with inner reflection, with the possibility of letting go of old things to open up to the new, to the impending winter.

Beaver moon: the spiritual meaning

A moment in which time seems suspended between two seasons, excellent for stopping to reflect on one's life, on the desire to implement that "personal change" that has long been imagined and never made concrete.

The November full moon offers us the opportunity to prepare for future growth by identifying the habits, relationships and ways of life to which we are firmly anchored but no longer serve us. This phase of the moon can give the necessary impetus to initiate or change the stagnant parts of our life.

In the US, this year almost coincides with Thanksgiving but regardless, it certainly must remind us to remove negativity and stress, to eliminate what makes us suffer but cherish what suffering has taught us.

For the rest, if the weather conditions allow it, let's take a few moments to admire the natural beauty of this suggestive full moon.
