Pending the Unified Conference, on the occasion of SolarExpo there will be a discussion between Cini, Aeeg and associations regarding the Fifth Energy Account

The meeting will be opened by the Minister of the Environment Corrado Clini who will inaugurate the fair. Waiting for opinion of the Regions, to which the associations have sent a series of suggestions to improve the drafts of the decrees on photovoltaics and renewables, Clini and the technical institutions, GSE and the Energy Authority, will meet with companies in the sector and associations in Verona.
And there is great expectation especially regarding the fifth energy bill and the new incentive schemes for other electric renewables, thermal renewables and high efficiency technologies. The focus of the meetings will concern, as announced, the launch of the discussed decrees.
The confrontation with the sector associations, which for some time now complained about the low consideration of the Government towards them for the drafting of the decrees, was belated. There were numerous proposals, one among all those of Anie/Gifi, which highlighted some corrections to the draft text of the fifth energy account: the ibudget overhaul indicative incentive to 7 billion € / year, the postponement of the entry into force of the decree al 1 September 2012 °, protection of investments initiated for large plants under construction and / or already connected but not in the register and the identification of appropriate forms of incentives in support and development of the national industry.
It will also discuss the strategies to be adopted to achieve the objectives set for the 2020 through the entry into force of the so-called "low carbon economy".
In addition to Minister Clini, they will also participate in the meetings Massimo Ricci, Director of Markets of the Energy Authority; Emilio Cremona, President of the Energy Services Manager e Annarita Bramerini, Regional Councilor for the Environment and Energy of the Tuscany Region.
However, the opinion of the State-Regions Conference will have to be awaited on 10 May, followed by the Unified Conference. But the fears are numerous, especially after the recent statements by Minister Passera, which look at the national energy production of hydrocarbons within the national energy strategy.
