He is about to end up run over, his mother saves himfifth energy tale. Yesterday 18 September the registrations for the primo log, the one dedicated to photovoltaic systems above 12 kW. The ranking of those admitted will be known within 20 days within the cost limit set by the Decree.
It will be the gse to publish the ranking on its website. The plants admitted to the ranking will receive incentives up to the 140 million euro provided for by the decree, in the event that the 6,7 billion euro of the cumulative cost of the incentives is not reached.
However, not much is missing. The counter of the gse it proceeds quickly towards the threshold. To date, the plants in operation are 441.315, with an installed power of 15.502.275 kW and with an annual cost of 6.333.512.030 €. This means that the incentives still available are less than 300 million euros.
The next registry in accordance with the provisions of fifth energy tale, will be open every six months and will remain open for 60 days. The expenditure thresholds will be 120 million euros for the second register and 80 million for the following ones. But at this point the fears of not even reaching the next ones seem increasingly real.
As the GSE has already explained, other figures must also be added to the costs reported on the Meter: one concerns the cost already committed for large plants registered in the registers of the Fourth Energy Account which are in the group but have not yet entered into operation and the of which the bonus has yet to be paid (the latter amount to 21 million euros) and the other includes the incentives used by the plants registered in a useful position in the registers of the Fifth Energy Account.
Which by now, in our opinion, has numbered months.
