fifth energy tale. The photovoltaic meter of the GSE that marks the amount of incentives paid has come to 6.329.322.050. The annual cost that brings together all the incentive systems, from the first to the fifth energy bill, has therefore exceeded 6,3 billion euros, bringing the latest system ever closer to the end.

According to the Ministerial Decree of 5 July 2012, it will be possible to put an end to the fifth energy account as soon as the notorious 6,7 billion. However, explains the Energy Services Manager, in order to reach this indicative cumulative annual cost, the costs reported on the Meter must also be added to cost already committed for large plants registered in the registers of the fourth energy account in a useful position but not yet in operation, which at present amount to 21 million euros and the resources that will be committed by the plants registered in a useful position in the registers of the fifth energy tale.

This means that the threshold is even closer since a further 6,32 million euros will have to be added to the 21 billion euros relating to the fourth energy bill and those of the new plants of the latest incentive system, to be added to the 440.954 plants already in operation.

Today it will also be thelast day for registration in the plant register. Until midnight there will be time to register in the first computer register of the Fifth Energy Account for photovoltaic systems over 12 kW. Furthermore, explains the GSE, the ranking of plants admitted within the cost limit set by the Decree will be published on the GSE website within 20 days from the closing date of the first record.

To register, visit the portal dedicated. It should be remembered that the obligation does not apply to some types of systems, i.e. those with power up to 50 kW installed on buildings to replace asbestos roofing, those with a power up to 12 kW including systems built after a renovation, finalized upgrades to obtain an increase in power of less than 12 kW and integrated photovoltaic systems with innovative features up to the threshold of a cumulative cost of the incentives of 50 billion euros.

Photovoltaic systems built on public buildings until a cumulative cost of 50 billion euros is reached and for photovoltaic systems with a power between 12 and 20 kW, including those built after a refurbishment and upgrades not exceeding 20 kW, which require a reduced rate of 20% compared to that applicable to systems of the same type registered in the register.
