The Energy Services Operator has provided new clarifications on the registration procedure in the register of impianti, in particular with regard to buildings public. According to the gse in fact, the systems built on public buildings and public administration areas, but which have some requisites, are not subject to the obligation of registration in the Register and have direct access to the incentive rates.
Firstly, the building or area where the plants are located must be owned by the public administrations already at the date of entry into operation of the plant and for the entire duration of the incentive period. Furthermore, the plants must necessarily enter into operation by 31 December 2012.
He then provided a series of useful advice for the delivery of the necessary documentation and the absence of which would cause exclusion from the list, taking a cue from the most frequent errors found in the previous registers:

failure to attach the identity document of the subscriber of the substitutive declaration of the deed of notoriety, currently valid;

absence of the substitutive declaration of deed of notoriety;

failure to sign the substitutive declaration of deed of notoriety;

presence of modifications, additions and / or alterations made manually to the substitutive declaration of deed of notoriety;
-
uncertainty about the content or origin of the substitutive declaration of notarial deed or of the identity document of the undersigned of the declaration, due to lack of essential elements or due to the presence of unreadable parts.
Such a short list could be very useful in view of enrollment. The GSE finally announced a new one document, to provide operators in the sector with some clarifications to be taken into consideration for admission to the rates incentives.
