fifth energy tale. The uncertainties surrounding the photovoltaic incentives are beginning to recede. The GSE has released an initial list of systems and consortia deemed suitable for disposal of photovoltaic modules at the end of life.

So far I am 10 consortia whose requirements have been considered suitable by the Energy Services Operator. L'obligation for producers to guarantee the recycling of modules had already been introduced with the Quarto energy account. On 21 December, the GSE published the Technical Regulations for the definition and verification of the technical requirements of the Systems / Consortia for the recovery and recycling of photovoltaic modules at the end of their life, which indicated the methods by which the systems and consortia would inform the Operator of the possession of all the requirements identified in the Application Rules made known with the publication of the decree on fifth energy tale.

But the times to catch up were too tight, and there was a risk of not guaranteeing the correct recognition of the incentive tariffs if the producers had not indicated the methods of disposal according to the rules of the specification. So the Manager has moved from January 1st to March 31st 2013 the deadline for producers to be able to comply. If the modules installed in a facility that has access to incentives were not covered by the recycling fee, in fact, there would be a risk of no longer being able to take advantage of the incentives or having to pay the amount.

And finally something is moving. The first names of the gods appear consortia that sent the necessary documentation to the GSE by 15 February the verification of the existence of the requisites envisaged by the Regulations, i.e. Indemnity Declaration, Network / Policy / Authorization Availability Declaration, Deed establishing the negotiation instrument, Self-certification provided for by art. 4.a9.c made by the Fund Manager.

Here is thelist of suitable consortia.
