Fifth Energy Account. Here are the new rules and ways to access photovoltaic incentives based on new rules effective from 27 August as required by the Interministerial Decree of 5 July 2012.
Il GSE, the manager of the Energy Services, yesterday published on its website "the Application Rules for registration in the Registers and for the recognition of the incentive tariffs referred to in the V Conto Energia", as required by the Interministerial Decree of 5 July 2012.
A "swag" of 116 pages to regulate the process of infamous registration to the plants to which even the little ones will have to submit and to be able to apply for an incentive. Many pitfalls and little time available to return to the 6 billion euros a year monitored by the GSE through the "Photovoltaic meter".
Six chapters, plus annexes and appendices to understand the requirements, criteria, methods and timing with which to apply. The request must be forwarded to GSE within 15 days from the date of entry into operation of the plant together with the attestation of the contribution of the preliminary costs.
Furthermore, on August 19th, the GSE will publish the Announcement referring to the 1st Register for photovoltaic systems with a power greater than 12 kW, which “will remain open exclusively for the time window from August 20th to September 19th 2012“.
