Registration in the register

Exemption for 5 categories of systems
In the new decree there should be some exemptions for 5 categories of systems: innovative ones, concentrated ones, those that replace asbestos roofing, those installed in public administrations and finally those destined for the areas of Emilia Romagna hit by the earthquake.
More flexibility and less bureaucracy

In fact, for registration in the register, a substitutive declaration of an affidavit should be sufficient, in which the requisites one possesses must be stated, together with a further simplification of the procedures related to the registers.
Introduction of the bonus for the replacement of asbestos roofing and the Made in Europe award
Both prizes will be part of the photovoltaic incentive package. The bonus for Made in Europe is aimed at encouraging European production and should be 3 euro cents per kWh for plants whose investment cost in the materials used is no less than 80% attributable to production carried out in the old continent. Same fate also for the replacement of asbestos roofing with photovoltaics.
Entry into force of the decree and validity
The conditional is mandatory, but with the new text of the decree there will be a more gradual management of the new incentives in relation to their entry into force, in order to guarantee the expectations on the basis of which investments have already been made. And not only. We will try to guarantee a wide time margin starting from the achievement of the established ceiling of 6 billion. The date of 1 October therefore returns to be plausible.
By now it should be very close. It will pass he also specified that "the ministerial decrees are about to be finalized" and reiterated that "the incentives we propose remain slightly higher than in other countries".
