    fifth energy tale. The new incentive system for photovoltaics comes into effect from today August 27th. The new incentive rates will therefore be valid from today. Despite the controversy and criticism, Day One of the new energy account arrived in the blink of an eye. And it is already possible to join the register.

    After the publication of the application rules, last 20 August, the GSE last Friday it announced a new document containing the Application procedures and published the Announcement referring to the 1st Register for photovoltaic systems with a power greater than 12 kW.

    According to what the Energy Services Operator explains in a note, from 9.00 on 20 August to 24.00 on 18 Septembere opens the 1st Register for photovoltaic systems with a power greater than 12 kW.

    Enrollment in the 1st Register will be possible exclusively through the IT portal https://applicazioni.gse.com and admission to the ranking will be carried out within the cost limit identified by the Decree, article 3, paragraph 2, equal to 140 million euros, without prejudice to the achievement of the indicative cost cumulative of 6,7 billion euros per year. Meanwhile, the risk that the incentives could run out even before 27 August, has been sidelined.

    But how long will they last? We will not be long in finding out since today the counter is showing 6.147.291.417 euro.

    It should be remembered that they will be able to take advantage of incentives:

    gphotovoltaic systems with power up to 50 kW built on buildings with modules installed to replace roofs on which the complete removal of eternity or asbestos is operated;

    photovoltaic systems with a power not exceeding 12 kW, including systems built following refurbishment, as well as upgrades that involve an increase in the power of the system not exceeding 12 kW;

    upgrades that involve an increase in the power of the system not exceeding 12 kW;

    integrated photovoltaic systems with innovative features up to the achievement of an indicative cumulative cost of the incentives of the incentives of 50 million €;

    concentration photovoltaic plants up to the achievement of an indicative cumulative cost of the incentives of 50 ML €;

    photovoltaic systems built by public administrations always up to € 50 million;

    the photovoltaic systems with a power exceeding 12 kW and not exceeding 20 kW which require a reduced rate of 20% compared to that due to the same plants registered in the register.
