The washing procedure, although innovative, is very simple and consists of three precise steps.
First it is applied to dishes a jet of compressed air that sweeps away the attached foods with power and any crap you've left on it pretending it's edible food. If you think that compressed air has the strength to fire shots from a rifle and in a very "penetrating" way, you will understand for yourself what will happen to organic leftovers.
Then the vapor phase through which it degreases the dish and kill the germs. This is the only phase in which water is used and in the doses in which it is used for the irons which, in fact, vaporize the clothes with the same anti-bacterial logic.
The last phase is that of UV rays that sterilize completely and scientifically everything.
