The Relaunch Decree was finally approved yesterday also by the Senate and is officially law. The 110% eco-bonus has been confirmed and the latest innovations recently introduced in the draft have also been approved. Yes also to the interventions in second homes.

With 159 votes in favor, 121 against and no abstention, the Senate yesterday renewed its confidence in the Government by definitively approving the legislative decree n. 1874, of conversion into law of the decree-law n. 34 which had already obtained the green light from the Chamber.

In principle, the last draft on the eco-bonus has been confirmed at 110% with some slight changes. We remind you that this incentive is aimed at increasing energy efficiency of buildings of at least two energy classes through two types of interventions:

surface thermal insulation interventions vertical and horizontal opaques affecting the building envelope with an incidence greater than25% of the surface gross dispersant of the building itself (for example the thermal coat);
interventions on single-family buildings or on the common parts of buildings for the replacement of winter air conditioning systems existing with centralized systems for heating, cooling or the supply of domestic hot water a condensation, with efficiency at least equal to class A of the product, with heat pump, including hybrid or geothermal systems, also combined with the installation of photovoltaic systems and related storage systems, or rather with micro-cogeneration plants.

The deduction can also be extended to all other energy efficiency measures as long as they are carried out jointly with at least one of the interventions above mentioned.

Yes also to the eco-bonus in second homes

The deduction is also valid for third sector properties and second homes, except luxury ones, villas and castles. Instead, the owners of the terraced houses will be able to use them.

However, the deductible spending ceilings have changed revised downwards, which change according to the type of home for which the incentive is requested.

"The deduction is calculated on a total amount of expenses not exceeding € 50.000 for single-family buildings or for real estate units located inside multi-family buildings that are functionally independent and have one or more independent access from the outside; 40.000 euros multiplied by the number of real estate units that make up the building for buildings consisting of two to eight real estate units; to euro 30.000 multiplied by the number of real estate units that make up the building for buildings made up of more than eight real estate units ”reads the text of the decree.
