HOW TO USE ECHINACEA

To take advantage of the stimulating properties on the immune system and therefore prevent seasonal ailments a treatment based on Echinacea, as the herbalist Beatrice Ciarletti suggests, it must be done for 3 months. For example, you can start at the end of September-October by extending the intake until December or January.



Very easy to prepare a decoction of echinacea: serve a spoonful of herb for two cups of cold water, bring everything to a boil, let it rest for ten minutes, filter and drink in two separate moments. The alternative is use mother tincture, 50 drops twice a day, both as a preventive treatment and as a natural or antiviral antibiotic in case the first symptoms of sore throat, cough, cold or flu have already appeared.
