As good scientists, the Bologna experts, while claiming to be curious to see the results of the E-Cat, are cautious.
But there is still one obstacle. In order for the contract between Rossi and the University of Bologna to be considered valid, the payment of the first installment of the contribution, i.e. 500 thousand euros in two years, to bear the costs of the operations. Rossi would therefore undertake to cover the costs of the experiment. “We should leave shortly, in a few weeks - he added Enrico Campari, professor of experimental physics and scientific director of research with Giuseppe Levi -, in the summer we could have the first scientific reports of the results obtained that we will disclose to scientific journals ".
It could be the right time to learn more about this mysterious object, which according to its creators could revolutionize the fate of energy. Through the new experiments, i researchers from Bologna could finally find an explanation for the mechanism behind theE-Cat.
However, those results would not be disclosed until next summer. So soon there would be new tests, which will also be attended by scientists from Bologna.
But this change of position sounds very strange when you consider that a few days ago, Rossi himself had reiterated his intention not to grant other demonstration tests after the one on 6 October: "We are selling systems to customers who do their tests and decide freely whether to invest in the E-Cat or not, based on of the results, without wanting at all costs to know what's inside. The scientific part will be ascertained by the University of Bologna in the most rigorous way possible.
