Donating a baby carrier can help mothers fleeing war in Ukraine, Isara's initiative

Solidarity with Ukrainian mothers also comes from Isara, a well-known brand of baby carriers that is collecting and sending as many supports as possible to donate to refugees. He also made a video in Ukrainian to teach them how to use them correctly

Don't store avocado like this: it's dangerous

The situation in Ukraine is becoming more and more serious and there are many mothers with children who are in difficulty these days, perhaps in an attempt to leave the country obviously taking their children with them, in some cases newborns. A situation that really breaks the heart but that thanks to solidarity we can at least try to alleviate.

A small but fundamental gesture in this sense comes from the baby carrier brand Isara (headquartered in Romania) and by the many people who are donating babywearing aids to be sent to Ukraine.

The employees of Isara, in fact, have already collected several baby carriers (but it is still possible to donate) and thanks to the presence in the team of Nicoleta, originally from Sighetu Marmatiei, a city bordering Ukraine, they managed to reach the management of the Association SOS Children Romania, directly involved in helping refugees.

As we read on the Isara website:

With their help and Nicoleta's help, we were able to send a first batch of baby carriers and essentials that our ISARA team bought. A new batch is being prepared thanks to your help and your generosity.

To encourage donations, the brand has also decided to 50% discount on Isara The One for those who want to donate it to Ukrainian refugees.

Some of you asked us if you can order one ISARA from our listing and to make sure it will be sent to ukrainian refugees…

However, it is also possible to donate an old baby carrier that is no longer used, no matter the brand, by sending it to the address of the Isara headquarters: Cetatii St., Ferma 16, Hala 7, ZIP code: 407280, Floresti, County of Cluj, Romania, which obviously will add it to the next batch that will reach the refugee mothers.

    As specified by Isara:

Structured fanny packs are easier to put on than woven headbands, so fanny packs are preferred.

Isara also accomplished a video very helpful to teach all Ukrainian mothers to use baby carriers correctly, made in the local language.

    As stated in the description:

We know and understand that those at the forefront of helping Ukrainian refugees face some challenges when it comes to fitting the baby carriers that mothers receive as donations. We have prepared a short video tutorial, in Ukrainian language, which shows some important steps to follow, to ensure comfortable transport, for both parent and child.

You can see it on the Isara Facebook page.
