Dog owners
First and foremost the owner of the dog must be an adult who must register your name in the canine registry. Minors cannot have responsibilities as dog owners, their parents have to take care of them.
Dog sitter
When the owner of the dog is not present and it is a dog sitter who takes care of it, responsibility for the animal falls on this figure which, as pointed out by Studio Cataldi, will have to answer both civilly and criminally for any damage caused by the dog to things or people.
Cleaning
As for cleanliness, both dog owners and dog sitters will need to take care of it personally to ensure urban decor. Anyone who takes a dog for a walk is obliged to carry bags and scoops for cleaning and use them as best they can when needed.

Leash
The Ministry of Health warns that the owners they must always carry the leash with them which must be used at a size not exceeding 1 meter and a half. Extendable leashes can only be used if they are locked. The leash is not only used in areas where dogs can be let loose. Dog owners must also bring a muzzle for the dog to wear only in case of risk for people or other animals.

Some municipalities, veterinary services and local health authorities organize gods courses for dog owners with the issue of a license and a certificate of participation.
