In the meantime, the judge rejected the request for "probation" made by two of the defendants, Fusaro and Liparoto, thus denying the possibility of doing "socially useful" work, but in fact referring them to the shortened procedure together with the Bonanata brothers.
Good news, because if the judge accepted the request, the trial would be suspended and the the crime would be extinguished at the end of the alternative measure ordered by the judge against the accused.
The prosecutor of the Court of Paola defined their gesture "Cruel and unjustified", also in consideration of the fact that the dog had never been dangerous for anyone. Outside the classroom sit-in protest against the four boys Giuseppe Liparoto, Nicholas Fusaro, Francesco and Luca Bonanata.
We remember, in fact, that the story of the dog Angelo has reached the hearts of many. A story of ordinary madness where an animal comes from beaten, tortured and brutally killed to make a video to post on social network.
Images that had the opposite effect compared to that hypothesized by the four guilty of Angelo's death, prompting users to denounce cruelty of a gesture out of place. Groups such as "The Scream of Angel" were born and an online petition was launched to ask that the proponents do not go unpunished.

But Angelo also has the support of a great many associations who arrived in Paola, where the trial is taking place, to claim animal rights and ask for a just and severe sentence for the four young people.
