Several passersby had reported the dog left tied in the park for too long and reported the abandonment to the local police who in the following days, examining and verifying the images recorded by the cameras, managed to identify the perpetrators of the terrible and cowardly gesture, as they did. also defined the commissioner Gelli:

“I thank those who promptly reported the fact and contacted our Command. The timeliness in the communications, meant that we immediately activated, in order to verify who could have been guilty of an act so sad, how cowardly. Now, the position of the persons identified is being examined by our command for all the necessary investigations. I am also happy that, albeit for such a sad episode, our much-maligned video surveillance system contributed, I dare say decisively, to the resolution of the case ".

Now the hope is that the authors have the right punishment, but above all that this beautiful dog, who in the meantime has been temporarily placed in a pet boarding house, will finally be able to find another home where he can be loved unconditionally and to the end. of his days.
