Bicarbonate monodose
Baking soda is very convenient to use dissolved in water such as natural deodorant for clothes (in place of commercial products) and to obtain a spray product useful for clean and deodorize the refrigerator. You can prepare one single dose of 48 gr of bicarbonate (maximum quantity for half a liter of water, you will get a saturated solution suitable for deodorising) which you will keep in a closed glass jar. If you want, you can perfume the baking soda with 3 or 4 drops of the essential oil of your choice (for example essential oil of lavender or geranium), in particular to use the solution of water and bicarbonate to deodorize or perfume the linen.
When preparing the spray you can add the single dose of bicarbonate to 500 ml of water. The advice is to combine the two ingredients little by little and mix carefully so that the bicarbonate dissolves well and then pour it all into a nebulizer. It is important that the baking soda is well dissolved, so that it does not clog the spray. Always shake before use, especially if a little baking soda settles on the bottom. You can halve or reduce the doses proportionally, as needed.

Single doses with citric acid
Citric acid dissolved in water is useful as rinse aid for the dishwasher, as anti-limescale and how fabric softener in the washing machine. You can prepare single doses to be used at the time of washing in the washing machine or dishwasher.
- Citric acid rinse aid: 10-15 gr of citric acid + water
- Citric acid softener: 10-15 gr of citric acid + water
- Citric acid descaler: 15-20 g of citric acid + water

The doses of citric acid to be used may vary slightly depending on the limescale problem to be addressed (dos of 10, 15 or 20 grams). Always start from dose minima and increase it if necessary.
