Sage mouthwash
Here is a recipe for making a homemade mouthwash with sage and mallow. It is a natural remedy useful againstbad breath and to protect the gums. To prepare it you will need:
1 teaspoon of sage
1 teaspoon of mallow
1 lemon
1 large glass of water
½ teaspoon of agave syrup
In a saucepan, pour a glass of water, a teaspoon of mallow and a teaspoon of sage. Use these fresh or dried herbs after shredding them. Let it boil for about 4 minutes, then turn off the stove and wait for it to cool. At this point you just have to filter it and enrich it with the juice obtained from a lemon and half a teaspoon of agave syrup. This mouthwash it can be kept for up to a week. Just transfer it to a bottle with a lid and put it away in the fridge.

Parsley mouthwash
Among the various remedies useful to counteract bad breath, we find the decoction of parsley, which can be used as a natural mouthwash once cold. To prepare it you will need:
2 cups of water
2 or 3 sprigs of fresh parsley
2 or 3 cloves
In a saucepan, pour the water, cloves and parsley. Eventually you can use only a few leaves, after having picked them from the plant gently. Bring to a boil e let it simmer the decoction with parsley and cloves for 5 minutes. Let the liquid cool and strain it. You can use this decoction like a normal mouthwash. It is preserved for 3 or 4 days in the refrigerator in a closed bottle.
Bicarbonate and Tea Tree Oil mouthwash
Among the numerous uses of the sodium bicarbonate and Tea Tree Oil we find the possibility of preparing a mouthwash with disinfectant and whitening power. Here's how to make it in seconds. This mouthwash does not require boiling and it must be prepared and used at the moment. You will need:
1 small glass of water
½ teaspoon of baking soda
1 drop of Tea Tree Oil
To prepare your homemade mouthwash, all you have to do is pour half a teaspoon of baking soda into a glass and a single drop of Tea Tree Oil. Mix the two ingredients, add water to fill the glass and stir again to dissolve the baking soda. Use it at the moment as a normal mouthwash, for your usual rinses.

Mint mouthwash

2 teaspoons of chopped mint leaves

For the decoction it is recommended to use fresh mint: you will have to bring a glass of water and two teaspoons of chopped fresh mint to a boil in a saucepan. Let it simmer for five minutes, let it cool and strain. With the dried mint you can prepare a brew. Pour two teaspoons of dried and chopped mint leaves into a cup of boiling water, let it rest for at least five minutes, strain and let it cool. The homemade mint mouthwash it can be kept for a couple of days in the refrigerator in a closed bottle.
Mallow and clove mouthwash
I cloves boast disinfectant properties, while the mallow it has a soothing action on the gums. If you don't like the taste of cloves, you can replace them with a pinch of aniseed or fennel. For prepare your mauve mouthwash and cloves you will need:
200 milliliters of water
1 teaspoon of dried mallow
3 cloves
Bring the water to a boil and pour it into a bowl, along with the mallow and cloves. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes, after mixing the ingredients with a teaspoon. Filter, transfer the liquid into a glass or bottle and let it cool. This mouthwash it can be kept in the refrigerator in a tightly closed glass jar for 2 or 3 days.
