To make them, just put the almonds in the meat grinder, adding a teaspoon of water every now and then to keep them from drying out too much and making them lose their oil. In the meantime, he takes brown sugar by putting it in a saucepan over the fire with a little water, about 300 gr.

At this point, cook the almond paste over low heat, always turning to prevent it from sticking to the pan. When you notice that it begins to detach from the casserole, it can be considered cooked and it is removed from the heat; it is poured into a dish and left to cool.
