"Chick" lollipop
Il classic chick yellow is one of the symbols of this holiday and symbolizes the resurrection. A different way of presenting it is represented by this recipe which, in addition to being tasty, it can also be fun for the children present. L'main ingredient is the almond paste. To make them, just put the almonds in the meat grinder, adding a teaspoon of water every now and then to keep them from drying out too much and making them lose their oil. In the meantime, he takes brown sugar by putting it in a saucepan over the fire with a little water, about 300 gr.
At this point, cook the almond paste over low heat, always turning to prevent it from sticking to the pan. When you notice that it begins to detach from the casserole, it can be considered cooked and it is removed from the heat; it is poured into a dish and left to cool. Once it is completely cold, it is worked and kneaded with the hands, to give it a spherical shape. Now all you have to do is add the saffron which will give it the chick yellow color. With some orange sugars you will make the beak and with two drops of chocolate the eyes. Now you just have to put a stick in it to give it the right amount lollipop effect.
Rabbit-shaped centerpiece
A centerpiece or simply a place card, this will depend on you and the time available that you will have to devote to DIY. With this strange name comes a tradition halfway between Mexico and Texas. It's about coloring some holes with holes on top. Bright colors, party people and fun.
