    In fact, with the approval of the decree law, a strengthening of the current tax deduction regime was introduced which will pass from 55% to 65% for the energy requalification of buildings, expiring on 30 June.

    With the new measures, from 1 July to 31 December it will be possible to obtain an Irpef deduction of 65%. Here are the interventions that fall into this category: energy requalification interventions of existing buildings; interventions on existing buildings, parts of existing buildings or real estate units, concerning opaque vertical structures, opaque horizontal structures (roofs and floors), windows including frames and the replacement of entrance doors, provided that they are windows that delimit the heated envelope of the 'building towards the outside or towards unheated rooms; installation of solar panels for the production of hot water for domestic use o industrial and to cover the hot water needs in swimming pools, sports facilities, nursing homes, schools and universities; interventions to replace winter air conditioning systems with systems equipped with condensing boilers and for the replacement of traditional water heaters with heat pump water heaters dedicated to the production of domestic hot water.

    As for the expenses for the building renovation works you will be able to benefit from the personal income tax deduction of 50%, compared to the previous 36%. The bonus will be allocated to renovation costs up to a total amount not exceeding 96.000 euros and has also been extended to the purchase of furniture for furnishing the property undergoing renovation, for a maximum of 10 thousand euros.
