    As a child, you may have cried quite often. It was your most effective way to communicate pain or discomfort, or a fear. These moments of despair, due for example to a fall, became less frequent as they grew up. And then we started to stop crying.

    Some people believe that we should be ashamed of crying and tears. They don't want to appear weak bringing out their feelings also through crying.

    Crying is a natural physical reaction of our body to pain, sadness, fear and sometimes even joy. If we block this reaction, we are unable to fully express our emotions.

    We must keep in mind that crying is therapeutic, it is liberating, it is a real healing tool. So when we feel that our heart is hurt, we should cry without causing too much trouble.

When we are suffering let the tears flow and thus we express our frustration, resentment, anger, anxiety, thoughts that torment us. With a healthy liberating cry we will drive them away from us.

Crying will make you feel better and with a peaceful soul then you can make the best decisions for yourself and move on. After crying, feel free and react. You will immediately find your smile again.
