Yet another recall for the presence of ethylene oxide, this time for several batches of Danone's Nutricia brand Nutricia food supplement FortiFit Muscles and Bones with blueberries.

The recall was reported by Coop, where the gluten-free preparation for bread and pizza withdrawn for ethylene oxide in carob seed flour had also been withdrawn very little. This is yet another product affected by the ethylene oxide scandal, which has generated an avalanche of recalls that are now difficult even to count.

The recalled food supplement is produced for Danone by the SIIT Srl company and sold in packs of 147 grams, with 7 sachets of 21 grams.

The lot numbers involved are: MU383, MU384, MU384 and MU385D with the expiry date 17/02/2023.

“It is recommended not to consume the food supplement with the reported lot numbers and to return it to the point of sale where it was purchased”, reads the Coop website.
