How to prepare cookies: procedure
- To cut coarsely chocolate,
combine the dry ingredients in a bowl, then add the eggs, oil and water,
- knead mixing everything and finally add the pieces of chocolate,
- incorporate them to the dough, then transfer the mixture onto a cutting board and, shaping it with your hands, give it the shape of a long and narrow cylinder,
- with a knife cut slices about half a centimeter thick and place them in a baking tray lined with parchment paper,
- cook in a hot oven at 200 ° for about twenty-five minutes or comuqnue until golden brown,
- cooking when finished, take the cookies out of the oven and put them on a wire rack to cool them.
How to store cookies:
Once cold, cookies can be stored in special airtight boxes for several days.
