Hard plastic fragments in dark chocolate. The Ministry of Health has withdrawn two batches of Conad chocolate because during the control processes, the manufacturer highlighted the possible presence of hard plastic inside.

After the glass in the soy sauce, now it's the turn of the plastic in the chocolate. This time it was Conad's turn, which voluntarily withdrew two batches of its own brand Noir dark chocolate and in particular the 72% Cocoa Extra Dark Chocolate in the 100 gram format.

There are two batches involved in the recall: 1330004 and 1328941 and were produced at the Chocolats Halba Division plant of Coop Salinenstrasse in Prattelnn, Switzerland.

“Our supplier's continuous testing process highlighted the possible presence of hard plastic fragments inside the product. All customers who are in possession of a package showing the aforementioned lots are invited to return it to any Conad sales point, which will replace or refund ”Conad wrote on its website.

If you have recently purchased this dark chocolate bar, check the lot and if it coincides with one of those mentioned, avoid consuming it.
