EnChroma, for example, has made special glasses with filters that “allow color-blind people to see color for the first time in their life,” explained co-founder Donald McPherson. “The problem is in the eye with photopigments. This is why Valspar is collaborating with Enchroma to give back to all colors ”.

To show their reactions the company has made a video in collaboration with Valspar in which a camera follows various color-blind people as they interact with different brightly colored art installations, wearing glasses. "Colors for Colorblind 'is a short documentary about what happened when we partnered with EnChroma to help people have this experience with colors for the first time" explains Valspar.
