How to prepare the coffee cream: procedure

• put the coffee still hot in a bottle, sweeten it and mix with a teaspoon to melt it,
• to do it cool to room temperature and then place it in the refrigerator for a few hours,

• when the coffee has cooled down well,
• put in a bowl the cream,
• iniziare whip it and when bubbles form, always continuing to whisk, pour the coffee flush, taking care to pour it over the edge of the bowl,
• continue to work with the whips until the cream has whipped,
• put then in the refrigerator until serving time.

How to store the coffee cream:

The coffee cream must always be placed in the refrigerator covered with cling film and must be consumed within the next day.
