How to prepare the chocolate salami: procedure

  • Leek the biscuits in a food bag and crumble them coarsely, then put them in a large bowl,
    break up the chocolate and measure out the milk and oil,
  • put the chocolate in a bowl to melt it in a bain-marie, then place the bowl containing the chocolate on a pan full of cold water, put on the stove and with the heat of the boiling water the chocolate will melt,
  • when the chocolate has almost completely melted, add the cinnamon,
  • to incorporate to follow the milk and finally also the oil,
  • remove then from the heat and mix all the ingredients well with the chocolate,
  • and doing be careful not to burn yourself pour the melted chocolate over the biscuits,
  • mix quickly making sure that each biscuit is sprinkled with chocolate and transfer everything onto a sheet of parchment paper,
  • with the help of the same paper shape the biscuits giving them a cylindrical shape,
  • then wrap them tight as if they were candy and refrigerate for at least four hours.
  • When the egg-free chocolate salami will be firm and you can sprinkle it with pulverized cane sugar or alternatively with coconut flour.
