How to make cashew butter

  1. Prepare a clean glass jar to keep your cashew butter at its best.

  4. Start blending for a couple of minutes until the cashews turn into a coarse flour.

  6. Those with a powerful enough food processor can make cashew butter by simply blending them with a pinch of salt. Those who use a normal blender can facilitate this by adding a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and a tablespoon of water (water only if needed, to make the mixture easier to blend).
  7. Your cashew butter will be ready when it is very homogeneous.
