    In fact, this very international chain of vegetarian restaurants is the first in the world to indicate on the menus the quantity of C02 emitted in the atmosphere for the creation of its foods.

    The purpose is to push customers to think about the impact of their food choices on the planet and to understand the environmental benefits of reduction of meat consumption.
