More bacteria lurk in the car seat used by children in cars than can be found in the bathroom of a home

The scholars examined 20 cars and 20 homes with the help of some pads and found that in every square centimeter of the seat in which children are seated in car journeys, 100 different types of bacteria and fungi are hidden, including which there are some potentially very dangerous such as Salmonella and E. coli. The amazing thing is that, instead, in one toilet there are only 50 bacteria.
Perhaps the origin of this difference lies precisely in the care that is reserved to the bathroom of your home rather than to your car. The problem, according to the British researchers, lies precisely in the lack of cleanliness and attention in general. Have you ever thought about what pile of old and useless stuff often gets piled up between a carpet, the change, the drawer and just the child seat? From the blanket used on the last trip to the cans, from the bottles to the plastic cups up to the lighters and chargers no longer working, the handkerchiefs, the various paperwork, the maps of a distant city and food residues.
Objects that, experts say, can also hinder the driver and cause accidents.
In short, there are no more excuses: the time has come to put an end to those bacteria that populate your car, your child's health is at stake. Take out the seat, it will get some air and clean itself better. Shake off all the crumbs that, surely, have been staying there for days and down with the beak of the vacuum cleaner. If necessary, sprinkle the seat with bicarbonate and let it sit for a while, then brush or vacuum again.
