    Experts are keen to emphasize that both broccoli, cauliflower and Brussels sprouts have already recognized anticancer properties, with reference to bowel cancers, as had already been confirmed by previous studies. Researches reveal that consume 1 kilogram per week of broccoli, cauliflower and Brussels sprouts, decreases the risk of bowel cancer by 50%.
