The Brazilian diet should be followed for a maximum of 4 weeks but, according to experts, it would be better to limit it to 2 weeks, then take a 7-day break before resuming for the next 2 weeks. In this way the metabolism would be more stimulated to work at its best to promote weight loss without making you feel hungry.
