The neighborhood committee recovered a refrigerator from the street, stripped it of unnecessary parts, cleaned and cleaned it, and turned it into a colorful small library full of books available to all citizens. Initially, the first FrigoBook in the neighborhood was installed in via del Risaro, a passage area completely reclaimed and now accessible on foot or by bicycle.
