On October 31st, the Endangered Species Act will come into force, which it will serve to protect 7 bee species from Hawaii, already in danger of disappearing. Unfortunately, however, one of the most important points for the defense of bees, namely the protection of their natural habitats, will not be part of the new declaration.

Xerces Society, a reality that is committed to the protection of pollinating insects, has been putting pressure on the US Fish and Wildlife Service since 2009, which has finally decided to intervene to protect endangered bees.
