    According to the study directed by doctors Ramon Estruch and Rosa Lamuela, thefolic acid, the vitamins, iron and calcium contained in beer create a natural chemical mix, able to protect the cardiovascular system, above all because this special drink with great virtues has a very low alcohol content and - consequently - also a low calorie content.
    You think in fact that a small glass of beer has just 100 calories: less than a fruit juice!

    Of course, the virtues and properties of beer allow you to have positive results on the body only if it is drunk in moderation (scholars recommend a pint a day, or 400 ml) and if you follow a healthy Mediterranean diet, based on fish, white meat, fruit and vegetables.

    In short - according to the study and the experiment done on 1.249 volunteers over 57 years of age - scientists have shown that moderate consumption of beer - accompanied by a healthy diet - not only does not cause harm, but can also lead to great benefits. In some cases, in fact, the volunteers have even lost weight!



    And so… at full speed! But without overdoing it ... and maybe trying to taste the organic one or even make it at home.
