Bach Flowers, probably many of you will know them or have used them for the treatment of some disorders that can affect our body and our general state of well-being.

Not everyone will perhaps know that the Bach flowers can also be used for plant care in pots and trees, in the event that they lose their leaves or dry up, on the occasion of decanting and in other delicate situations.

How to prepare Bach flowers for plant care?

For each Bach flower chosen it is recommended to employ a dose of 4 drops in 4 liters of water, with the intention of using the preparation to carry out the usual watering. The water should normally be transferred to the watering can and used for your own plants or for trees. In the case of trees it will be necessary spray the soil around the trunk for a surface corresponding to the extension of the canopy. For watering plants with Bach flowers it is advisable to use rain water. If this is not possible, water that is not excessively rich in limescale should be used.

THEAcademy of Psychodynamic Phytotherapy suggests using, for curative purposes, 30 drops of the chosen Bach flower remedy or cocktail for a watering can of about 8 liters, and 7 or 8 drops for a 1 liter or 2 watering can, or sprayer. The water enriched with Bach flowers can also be sprayed directly on the leaves (preferably in the evening, so that the seedlings are not burned from the sun) especially if there is the presence of parasites and to prevent them.

Yellow leaves or leaves that tend to dry up, weak stems, loss of strength of the branches: these are all signs that our plants need more attention. It is possible that they have been exposed to excessively cold or high temperatures, or that they have not been watered properly.
