Combine together by mashing with a fork (passing or blending) avocado and peeled apricots until they reach an easily spreadable consistency. Then distribute the mask on the face avoiding the eye area and keeping it on for 30 minutes before rinsing.

Avocado and oatmeal mask

This avocado and oatmeal mask can help repair damaged and cracked skin by providing the necessary hydration. In fact, oats have a soothing and emollient power.

2/3 tablespoons of oatmeal
1 avocado

Preparation

Cook the oatmeal as directed on the package and add the mashed or smoothie avocado. Mix together until you get a cream and finally apply on the skin. You can keep it on for 15 minutes or wait for it to dry completely before rinsing.

Avocado, banana and egg mask
