As young people around the world mobilize to ask institutions and companies to make important decisions aimed at safeguarding the planet, Francisco continues his battle in Colombia. Despite her young age, Vera addressed the Colombian senate and organized protests nationwide.

We are the hope of the whole of society, of all of humanity after all, because in our hands there is not only the future, many say that children are the future, we are also the present. Today there are millions of children who ask for a healthy environment, a dignified environment, a dignified present, and it is precisely for this reason that our causes, our agenda, what we do is the present, not just the future.
To date Francisco and his team have planted more than 200 trees in different cities such as Bogota, Villeta, Pasto, Medellin and Cali.
Faced with such a serious situation, what we have done and what we can do is contribute a little more, because it is our responsibility, it is our duty to act to take care of the environment.
