    According to Professor Ruopeng, an expert at the University of Illinois, people who ate at restaurants got more cholesterol and sodium compared to those who ate fast food.

    Between restaurant dishes and fast food foods, the calorie counts were almost identical, but the restaurant dishes contained slightly more vitamins, minerals and fiber and slightly less fat and sugar than served in fast food restaurants.
