But which viagra? According to a group of Canadian scientists, they are saffron and ginseng the ideal foods to improve the sexual function, as long as they are taken on a regular basis. This was revealed by a study led by Massimo Marcone of the Guelph's Department of Food Science at the University of Guelph of Ontario, which also promotes a natural extract of the yohimbe tree, which grows in West Africa.

Canadian doctors arrived at this conclusion by carrying out several cross-analyzes of data from other scientific publications on foods capable of enhancing sexual activity.
As we know, there are many foods and substances that - over the years and for different reasons - have won the title of "Natural viagra". It was before oysters, then all seafood, then coffee and then chocolate. Not to mention the ginger.
Today, the allied aphrodisiac foods of performance-anxious boys are saffron and ginseng, which will be the new protagonists of the next issue of Food Research International magazine.

According to Marcone, regularly take quantities of saffron and ginseng would improve the quality of sexual performance, although - as the scientist himself confirms - the dynamics of functioning of the aphrodisiac substances.
In short, we know that they work but we don't know exactly how and why!

According to the studies analyzed by the team of scientists, there are substances that favor the ignition of desire and others that instead they actually improve performance; therefore two very distinct things.
According to Marcone's team, the desire increases with the muira puama, a Brazilian plant similar to our laurel, but also a particular type of mustard from the Andes, with maca root or more simply with chocolate, although it does not have the same effect on everyone. Same thing for thegarlic, the ginger and cloves, which tend to increase desire.
Green light for saffron risotto, potatoes in garlic sauce, ginger cakes and ginseng coffee! They may not guarantee 100% maximum sexual performance, but at least they have no undesirable health effects.
