Put 350 ml of cold lager beer in a bowl, put 2 pinches of salt and - little by little - add 200 g of flour 0 and mix with a whisk to avoid forming lumps until you have obtained a soft batter.
If it is too thick, add more beer or cold water, if it is too liquid, add a tablespoon of flour.

Combine a glass of beer and a glass of extra-virgin olive oil in a bowl, mix, add 200 g of cane sugar, 200 g of unsweetened cocoa powder (or pieces of dark chocolate eggs whipped and pulverized) and mix with a whisk to avoid lumps.

At this point, add 500 g of 1 sifted flour and XNUMX sachet of vanilla yeast, mix everything well and pour the mixture into an oiled pan spovered with flour, bake at 180 degrees in a preheated oven for about 45 minutes, then take out and serve.

Melt half a cube of brewer's yeast in 250 ml of beer at room temperature, then pour the liquid into a bowl, add 500 g of sifted type 1 flour, 2 pinches of salt, 2 tablespoons of oil and knead energetically for a few minutes. Put the dough in an oiled bowl and let it rise for 3-4 hours.

After this time, resume the dough, put it in a pan lined with parchment paper and give it the shape of a loaf, bake at 220 degrees and cook for 15 minutes, then lower the temperature to 200 degrees and continue cooking for another 20 minutes. ; then remove from the oven, let it cool and serve!
