AcciPolline! Saving the world with Valentina the bee, the book that every child should read

Don't store avocado like this: it's dangerous

Sent on a mission by her mother, the Queen Bee, because the bees of her family are strangely getting sick, will the Valentina bee find a solution? She is the little protagonist of a new funny book for children: here is AcciPolline! The adventures of the bee Valentina.

Written by Giancarlo Oldani, a beekeeper as a hobby, and with the fantastic illustrations by Silvia Toson, it is an independent book, published only for Amazon, which finally explains to children why bees are so important for our ecosystem and for the environment in which we live by showing what the dangers are to these insects and explaining what can be done to help them survive.

During his journey, the little bee Valentina meets a hornet, a bee-eater, a caterpillar, a grasshopper and many other animals and then men. A series of meetings that will only serve one thing: to make it clear that there are no "bad" animals, but represent only a piece of a very precious cycle of life.

The only "negative" characters are the men who pollute and use pesticides. But are they all like this? Not exactly. Valentina will have before her a precise vision of the world in which she and her family live. And, above all, she will be able to get the other little bees of the clearing in which she lives back to full activity.

What will children and adults understand? That it takes very little to help the bees, sometimes you can start with a flowerpot on the balcony, as their role remains vital to food production and the environment. Threatened by pesticides, habitat loss, monocultures, pests, disease and climate change, bees need to be rescued.

“Nature may appear cruel at times, but there is no cruelty when the balance is maintained, there is no cruelty in a bird that eats an insect or in a lion that eats a gazelle. The real crime, of which only man is capable of staining himself, is the deprivation of freedom in all its forms ".

We all have a dream in the drawer, one of those fixed thoughts that are constantly present in life ...
